3. Unique Affiliate Links: In the Affiliate Center, you’ll also receive unique affiliate links. These links are personalized to you, and they track the traffic and sales you generate. When a potential customer clicks on your affiliate link and visits our website, a tracking cookie is placed on their device, allowing us to attribute any subsequent sales to you.

4. Promote Our Products: Your role as an affiliate is to promote our subscription box using the marketing materials provided and your unique affiliate links. You can do this through various channels, such as your website, social media, email campaigns, and more.

5. Earn Commissions: Here’s the exciting part. Whenever someone clicks through your affiliate link and subscribes to our box on our website, you earn a commission on that sale. Commissions are typically a flat fee, or some other predetermined structure.

6. Transparent Tracking: Our program offers transparency. You can easily track your performance, commissions, and payments in the Affiliate Center. We provide detailed reports so you can see how your efforts are paying off.

Is there a cost to join the affiliate program?

No, there is no cost to join the My Happy Life Box affiliate program. It is entirely free to become an affiliate and start promoting our subscription box.

What is the commission structure for subscription box sales?
  • For monthly subscription box plans, you earn a flat $30.00 commission when the customer stays subscribed and remits payment for two consecutive months. Commissions are paid up to 60 days after the initial date of purchase.

  • For pre-paid subscription box plans, you earn a flat $30.00 commission, and commissions are paid up to 30 days after the date of purchase of a prepay plan. 
How will I receive my commissions?

Affiliates will be paid out via PayPal on the 20th of the month (or the next following business day after the 20th) after the purchase has qualified for payout.  If the Affiliate has selected a payment option other than PayPal this can delay the issuing of payment up to 10 days. 

How can I track my performance and commissions?

To track your performance and commissions as a My Happy Life Box affiliate, you can access all the relevant information through the Affiliate Center. You’ll find the link in your welcome email or you can access the general link here. 

Here’s how:

    • Log in to the Affiliate Center, which is your dedicated hub for managing your affiliate account.
    • Navigate to the Commissions or Payouts tab within the Affiliate Center. There, you’ll find detailed information about your commissions and payments.
    • The Affiliate Center provides you with a comprehensive view of your earnings, allowing you to monitor your performance and commissions.

What is the cookie duration or tracking period?

  • During this tracking period, if the customer makes a purchase, you will receive the commission you deserve for that sale. The 30-day cookie duration ensures that you have ample time to earn commissions on sales generated through your referrals, even if the purchase occurs within a month after the initial click

No, there is no minimum number of sales required to remain in the My Happy Life Box affiliate program. We value and support affiliates of all levels, and there is no sales quota or threshold you need to meet to maintain your status in our program. You are free to participate and continue promoting our products at your own pace without any mandatory sales requirements.

What happens if I refer a customer who requests a refund or cancels their order?

In the event that a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which you, the Affiliate, have earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from your Affiliate balance. This ensures that commissions accurately reflect the final outcome of the transaction, accounting for any refunds or order cancellations made by customers.

Are there any geographical restrictions for affiliates?

Currently, My Happy Life Box only ships within the continental United States, and all commissions are stated and paid out in US dollars. However, we do not limit affiliates based on where they live. Affiliates from various geographical locations are welcome to join our program, but it’s important to note that the primary customer base for product delivery is within the continental US. We encourage affiliates from different regions to participate and promote our products to audiences within the continental US.
